Unopened items
For all other returns, bring unopened items back within 14 days with your receipt to receive a credit note.
Opened food and plants
For hygiene reasons, opened food and plants cannot be returned unless they were faulty when bought.
Faulty, damaged or expired items
Money back is given only if an item was faulty, damaged or already expired when bought. Bring the item back with your receipt. Your legal rights are not affected.
Credit notes
You can use a credit note on any future purchase in our shop.
